2. Document Preparation Service

Our document preparation service is designed to gather intake data from you to draft custom Lady Bird Deeds under Texas law. Standard delivery takes 5-7 business days, and expedited delivery takes 24-48 hours from the time of full information submission.

3. Fees and Refunds

Our standard fee is $400 and the expedited fee is $500. Because we begin drafting work immediately upon submission of your order, fees are generally non-refundable once drafting has commenced.
